The HOA is currently responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the "Common Area's" within the Crystal Creek Neighborhood. The "Common Area's" include the playground/park area and the equipment, the entry way's, and the perimeter fence.
The SID is responsible for everything between the curb lines within the neighborhood including street lights, roadways, curb lines, sanitary and sewers, water systems, gas and electric service lines, taxation and issues of warrants and bonds.
Maintenance and mowing of the vacant lots in the Crystal Creek neighborhood are fully the responsibility of the State of Nebraska. If there are issues or complaints specific to the vacant lots, residents are encouraged to contact the HOA Board.
Yes! Please fill out a property improvement request and email or mail to the HOA board for approval to ensure the Covenants are properly followed.
Street light needing repair can be reported using the OPPD website. Detailed information will need to be supplied so that OPPD crews will know exactly which light is needing repair. Examples of information that you will need to supply would include the exact address of the closest home that the malfunction light is near, which side of the side the light is on (North, South, East or West), is the light out or flickering?
